Excellent place with great wi-fi, a fantastic fitness centre, and 24-hour reception. I remember staff helping me with technical issues during my first stay. Definitely recommend for a smooth experience! I'm coming back for Christmas!

Surprisingly comfortable stay

I was pleasantly surprised by the warm, friendly staff and the spacious room that easily fit all my bags. The strong water pressure made for refreshing showers, and the nearby cafes offered a delightful variety of breakfast options.

However, I encountered a few drawbacks, such as the inconsistent cleanliness—only the bed was made daily. The location, while close to the night market, lacked decent dining options within a 5-minute walk, requiring a bit more effort to find meals.

I can't believe I had to pay for laundry here! The lack of an in-room fridge was really annoying. On top of that, the bar hours are ridiculous, closing at 6 PM! How does this make sense? It felt like I was missing out on a good time every night with limited options.

I almost gave this place a good review, but seriously, the air conditioning was noisy and just awful. I expected some kind of welcome gift, but it seems I'm just another average guest. Plus, the bar closes at 6pm? How is that even a thing? This place definitely woudl ve been much better.

I recently stayed in a Junior Suite for 4 nights, and I loved the generous room size and super comfy bed with nice soft pillows. The air conditioning was a lifesaver in the heat. it worked perfectly! However, the dining options nearby felt limited, requiring some extra walking to find decent places. All in all, I would definitely choose to stay again. such a great experience!

Just chilling here for one night, and overall, it was a solid place. The staff was super nice and helpful, and I loved the cozy bar area for enjoying a drink. The room was comfy, though I noticed some doors slamming next to mine at night. Still, it was a decent stay!

Family with children pleasing experience

The breakfast buffet was like a wonderland for my family. My child was endlessly entertained by the cereal dispenser, while my parents relished local kuehs that brought a taste of home. The staff really went above and beyond, calling us cabs without hesitation, showing us they cared about our stay.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but still reasonable considering the amenities.
